By accessing or using CloudCord's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
CloudCord provides Discord bot hosting services including server resources (CPU, RAM, storage), a web-based control panel, SFTP access, and automated backup functionality.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Each plan includes specific resource allocations. You may not exceed your allocated resources. We reserve the right to suspend services that consistently exceed allocated limits.
While we provide backup functionality, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. CloudCord is not liable for data loss.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
CloudCord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your service at any time through the billing panel.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
