Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • First-time purchases: Full refund within 48 hours of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service.
  • Service outage: Pro-rated credit for documented downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.
  • Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts.

2. Non-Refundable

  • Services suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violations.
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase (for first-time purchases).
  • Renewal payments (you are responsible for cancelling before renewal).
  • Upgrade charges once the upgraded resources have been provisioned.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submit a support ticket through the panel or email support@cloudcord.net with your order details and reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining billing period.
